Parent-Teacher Conferences

Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 4:00-7:30 PM.  Conferences will take place virtually via Google Meet.

As we approach the end of the school year, conferences provide a valuable opportunity to discuss your student's progress, growth, and overall performance.

How to Sign Up:

  • Sign-ups will open on Sunday, February 22, at 6:00 AM

  • Sign-ups will close on Wednesday, March 4, at 11:00 PM

  • You can sign up for Conferences on SignUp using this LINK

The Google Meet links for each teacher will be available on the evening of the conferences.  You can access the Google Sheet  HERE, where all teachers are listed in alphabetical order.

Conference Details:

  • Each conference will be 8 minutes long.

  • Please avoid scheduling back-to-back conferences to allow time to exit one meeting and join the next.

  • All conferences must be scheduled in advance.

  • If you need your student's teacher names, please access their schedule through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

  • Grades are available at any time through Infinite Campus.

We welcome all families to participate.  We especially encourage parents of students who may be experiencing challenges to take advantage of this opportunity for additional communication with teachers.  Please remember that you can contact teachers at any time outside of the conference window as well.
