On Tuesday, March 21st from 4:00-8:30 pm, we will be offering our Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences. Parent-Teacher Conferences are a great opportunity for us to come together - as a school and home - to discuss your individual child's growth and performance since the beginning of the school year.

We highly encourage all families to sign up to meet with their child's teachers. Springl Parent-Teacher Conferences will be virtual (not in person), utilizing Google Meets.  Your child's teachers will be posting how to access their conferences on their Canvas announcement page.

Conferences will be held VIRTUALLY on Tuesday, March 21st:

• To provide a safe and secure meeting environment only AASD accounts can access these Google Meets. 
• Therefore, we are highly recommending parents use their child’s school-issued device for the virtual conferences and log in using their username and password. This is the simplest way of accessing the Meets, while ensuring safety and security.
• Alternatively, parents could log into their child’s account on a different device, if using the student Chromebook is not possible.
• Google Meet links will be posted in your child’s Canvas courses.

Conferences will be 8 minutes in length

• We strongly encourage you not to sign up for back-to-back conferences in order to allow you to leave and come to your next conference - especially in this all virtual setting

• The link to sign up for conferences will go “LIVE”; starting at 6pm on Sunday, March 12th.
• If you need specific directions or help with signing up, please click this LINK

• If you need the names of your child’s teachers, you can access their class schedules using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
